National Health Stack Strategy and Approach

I'm attaching a new draft document from Gov of India (my emphasis in 5
places) that I have had some influence on and even mentions health
information exchange of one in lower case :-)

I think this proposal goes way beyond our friends in BC in explaining the
rationale for linking identity to a self-sovereign technology stack. It
therefore challenges us to link our work to going on with Aadhaar and
domain specific identifiers like one for healthcare.

I continue to try to introduce standards for self-sovereign technology into
the India process as well as everywhere else. The really cool thing about
India is that they almost recognize the role of fiduciary technology a
potential human right.
