Instructions on how to generate minutes from the raw logs are now available here: https://github.com/w3c-ccg/w3c-ccg.github.io/blob/master/irc_ref.md#publishing-the-minutes It's still not easy, but at least the scripts don't rely on yours truly anymore and are checked into github. It would be good to get at least 1-3 more people up to speed on how to publish minutes w/o me.
