One more DID Spec Closure call - Feb 15

*UPDATE* We are going to do one more DID Spec Closure call, but in TWO
WEEKS, i.e., Feb 15. Same time, 10AM PT / 11AM MT.*

If you are not already, you will need to become members of the W3C
Community Group for the W3C Intellectual Property Release in order to avoid
submarine patents. This is now very important since it looks like the DID
Spec is going to happen at W3C.
