It was discussed at a previous #RebootingWebOfTrust that it might be
possible to create a specialized atomic cross-change transaction that
contains specially constructed merkle proofs based on information in both
chains, that would allow for DID history to be moved from one change to
another. The DID itself would change, but presentation of information about
the old DID could still be validated even if the old blockchain was no
longer available.
