[URGENT] Intellectual Property commitments for Verifiable Claims specs

We have entered the part of the W3C Community Group process where we
gather voluntary commitments from participants for any Intellectual
Property that they have contributed to the CG Final Reports.

The purpose of this exercise is to ensure that the technology can be
distributed in a patent-and-royalty free way when the work is done. If
you would like to read more about this stage of the W3C CG Process,
here's a summary:

https://www.w3.org/community/about/agreements/summary/

We would like to see explicit IP commitments from the following people
(and their organizations) as they have contributed concrete language to
the specifications under consideration:

* Shane McCarron
* Gregg Kellogg
* Steven Rowat
* David Lehn
* Dan Burnett
* Dave Longley
* Nate Otto
* Adrian Gropper
* Joe Andrieu
* Manu Sporny

Anyone else in this group that has participated by sending an email to
the mailing list or participating in the teleconferences is also
strongly urged to make the voluntary commitment.

Here are the two locations where you can make commitments. Please make
commitments to both specifications:

https://www.w3.org/community/credentials/spec/131/makecommitment
https://www.w3.org/community/credentials/spec/132/makecommitment

If there is anyone that is reading this that knows of IP that should not
be in the specification (e.g. your company holds patents in the space
and you do not plan to openly license those patents to implementers of
the specifications), please let the VCWG Chairs know at this time.
