Identity related Definitions

I've started on this document[1] that attempts to delineate the variance
between an identity, an identifier, the info-sphere and the role of an
'observer'.

My thoughts are to attempt to provide context to an identity framework,
which in-turn would support better language development both within the
context of the work on verifiable claims and in-terms of illustrating the
broader environment and related inter-dependencies.

Link provided for comment / additions.  As some may be aware, a new IEEE
Group[2] is being forged which i hope will have complimentary and
interoperable qualities.
