25 April call cancelled and WG startup info

Group,

There will be no CG (VCTF) meeting on the 25th due to expected large
absences.

The first teleconference of the new Verifiable Claims Working Group (VCWG)
[1]  will be May 16 at 11 am ET using W3C WebEx.  Details will be sent out
in advance.
The delay in starting the WG calls is in order to give the CG a few weeks
to see if it can wrap up and approve the requirements and data model drafts
before the time slot is taken by the WG on the 16th.
It is expected that the CG will choose a new time slot beginning May 16th
so as not to conflict.
