I intended that to apply to “Uniquitous Claim Issuance”.

BTW uniquitous is my new favorite word.  It’s got such a biblical ring—we could say: ‘lest the uniquity of the class be visited on the subclass” or some such.  I’ll find all kinds of use for that.
