Waiting for examples :)

Seriously, if anyone would like to shoot me XML versions of all the
examples I would be willing to add a section for XML.  If not, I will
remove the mention of XML.  Whether we mention XML or not there is no
intention to say that only the listed syntactic mechanisms are permitted.
