We won't have that at launch. However, I would like to make available a _piece_ of the home page for group customization.

First of all, anyone can subscribe to a list.
Second, I don't think we want chairs to say who can be in a group and who can't be.

So for the moment, that power only resides with the staff, which is considered neutral.

There can be as many chairs as a group wants; that's up to the group. I propose not to specify a limit in the process.

+1 to a group needing to be able to manage "who is chair" by themselves. That's on our todo list.
