WebApps doesn't have a "View Orientation" spec (despite what the charter
says) but does have a "Screen Orientation" spec and its TR (FPWD) and ED
versions are respectively:

<http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/WD-screen-orientation-20120522/>
<http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/screen-orientation/raw-file/tip/Overview.html>

For WebApps' publication status use
<http://www.w3.org/2008/webapps/wiki/PubStatus> (and not the group's
charter).
