I'm sorry that this conflicts with various holidays, given that our hosts
cannot accommodate another day, that it has been publicised for that date
and also given that the date was proposed at the last F2F without objection
I think that we need to proceed with the planned dates.

I personally don't mind either way. One aspect is whether our hosts can host
on different dates.
