Summary of Issue: Common failure - Sound mix
Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change):
Sound mix
No indication exist regarding sound mix, in broadcast mix condition, that is all sounds are carried in one track.

Proposed Change:
It is needed to establish the loudness values for the audio description track, and the dialogue track, and their mix.

Consideration should also be taken when other soundtracks, such as music or special effects are present.

AD recommended sound values should be dynamic, since in the same video content a car chase may require a loudness value for AD higher than in an interior scene with no music and a two person intimate dialogue.
