Summary of Issue: Unable to find marked differences in diff version
Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change):
Hello,
I was trying to review what had been added, edited, or deleted in the new 10/7/2016 version of the Understanding WCAG 2.0 document.

I activated the link for the "Single file diff-marked version showing revisions since 17 March 2015". Once that version of the document loaded (http://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/complete-diff.html#) I chose the setting for "Toggle [start]/[end] Markers" at the top of the document. I then used the Find feature in IE to search for any text marked with "[begin" but it only found the 3 instances in the header of the document explaining how additions, edits, and deletions would be marked. I could not find any visible text in the document marked with "[begin".

I had the same problem in the new version of the Techniques document.

I wanted to check if the file with the differences marked was properly loaded on the server or if perhaps it's just user error on my part in terms of not understanding the revision option settings at the top of the document. When I disabled CSS to check if perhaps the changes were marked but not showing up visibly I still didn't find any changes marked with "[begin" although there was hidden text at the start of the document stating: "This document is a draft, and is designed to show changes from a previous version. It is presently showing added text, changed text, deleted text,[start]/[end] markers, and Issue Numbers."
