Technique “PDF17: Specifying consistent page numbering for PDF documents.”
Refer URL: http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/NOTE-WCAG20-TECHS-20120103/PDF17

Problem:
Under Description, refer to the 4th paragraph that states how to navigate
using the page number toolbar, and specifically the sentence “In addition,
users can select the arrows to move one page up or down in the document.”
Proposed Change:
Users can also go to a desired page number using the shortcut key, “Ctrl +
Shift + N,” which is a standard keyboard command. Consider rephrasing /
adding this fact.
