SCR37: Creating Custom Dialogs in a Device Independent Way. Refer to

Issue: The technique is presented without stating related issues.

issue # 1: Assistive technologies like screen reader, magnifier, and
voice recognition will announce / flag background elements even though
the dialog is open and active.

issue # 2: This example is not supported in IE 7.

A note below the description should point these issues.
