Please revisit and correct the sentence. Proposed Change: 'Check with the vendor of any PDF authoring tool to understand how to use the tool in a way that produces the best tagged output.' OR, 'Check with the vendor of any PDF authoring tool in order to understand how to use the tool in a way that produces the best tagged output.'
