Response from the Working Group

There appears to be considerable overlap between SCR2 and SCR20. We
have created an Issue (http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/track/issues/11) so
that we can reconcile these techniques in our next round of updates,
when there will be time to hold a public review of the revised
technique.
