Summary of Issue: The second part of the description
Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change):
I am not clear about the use of the word, "proved" in the description, "The alt attribute must be proved and have a null value (i.e., alt="" or alt=" ") to avoid a failure of this Success Criterion."

Proposed Change:
1st suggestion:
"The alt attribute must be used and have a null value (i.e., alt="" or alt=" ") to avoid a failure of this Success Criterion."
2nd suggestion:
"The alt attribute must be provided and have a null value (i.e., alt="" or alt=" ") to avoid a failure of this Success Criterion."
