While looking for an errata page for Understanding WCAG 2.0, we saw that this error was already recorded on the WCAG errata page at:
http://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG20/errata/
We corrected it in our French CAT of Understanding WCAG 2.0, as suggested by Shadi.
This comment concerns also Understanding SC 3.1.3, keyword idiom, example 2.
Best
