And I'm not sure what you're not sure about. If you want to
associate a message with a particular issue or action in the group
Tracker, all that you need do is include in your message a string
in the form "issue-NNN" or "action-NNN", and the Tracker mailbot
will add it to the Tracker DB record fo the corresponding issue or
action. You're free to associate any message you want with any
issue or action you choose.
