I understand that Level A is a very "exclusive club", and I suppose from 
your response that it means "only for problems so terrible that they 
cannot be solved with any kind of -perhaps expensive- Assistive 
Technology that the user could use to access the content".

So, with this in mind, I will accept your decision and thank you very 
much for the advisory technique and explanations added to this SC.
