WCAG2 Techniques: F14 and F26 duplicates same issue

Refer to:
F14: Failure of SC 1.3.3 due to identifying content
only by its shape or location
F26: Failure of SC 1.3.3 due to using a graphical
symbol alone to convey information [
LC-780] 


Comment:
It appears F26 duplicates what is covered by F14. The
example  under F26 may be included under F14.
