Thank you for the suggestion, we have added the following to the benefits
section of How to Meet Success Criterion 3.3.1 (formerly
2.5.1):

This success criterion may help people with cognitive, language, and
learning disabilities who have difficulty understanding the meaning
represented by icons and other visual cues.
