Therefore, sc 2.2.2 does not belong under this guideline. Proposed Change: Move 2.2.2 to guideline 2.3, generalizing the wording of guideline 2.3 if necessary. Alternatively, move this criterion to its own guideline if photosensitivity is not the main rationale and if you don\'t want to expand guideline 2.3 to cover the issues addressed by this criterion.
