One of the big issues for cognitive accessibility is authentication. We 
are working on it for WCGA 2.2. Plus, the new Web Authentication W3C 
recommendation [1] promises to enable better user experiences.

Here's a nice demo demo of Microsoft Edge support of the new Web 
Authentication standard using the Windows 10 biometric authenticator. 
Here, Microsoft Hello uses the webcam to identify the user. The video 
presentation was recorded during this weeks Microsoft Build
