Minutes and actions from COGA call

Hello,

Some key actions we need assistance with:

1. Please *sign up for a missing design pattern
<https://www.w3.org/2019/12/12-COGA-minutes.html>*  We need 9 missing
design patterns completed before Christmas to keep on schedule. We placed
some names down on patterns that fit with work someone has already been
doing in hopes that would reduce the workload and I will be sending out
emails to those individuals to ask directly if they can help but there are
several patterns that need someone to take a first pass at drafting them.
If you can possibly spare a few hours to complete one, please add your name
to the pattern.

2. Please take 10 minutes to *read through and comment on the Clear
Language Guideline

for the Silver draft that will be coming in February. It is based on the
COGA gap analysis and content usable document so it should look very
familiar but we would like feedback. We created a clean version for COGA to
review so please add comments or make changes directly in the document.
