Call For Consensus (CFC) - for first working draft of  Making content usable for people with cognitive and learning disabilities

Hi Folks This has passed on the call so we are ready for checking this on the list! Call For Consensus (CFC) — ends   September  29 at 1:00 pm Boston time - to publish a first working draft of  Making content usable for people with cognitive and learning disabilities We would like to publish the next iterative version of the gap analysis. The draft can be viewed at https://cdn.rawgit.com/w3c/coga/lisas-cahnges-such-as-easyread-abstract/content-usable/index.html and will link to the design requirements (this will be an html document but the draft in google docs is at  at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WcfVALVq8PS9CLXUuAfV9Op0wXvI2yJYedj5jO23GTk/edit# ).   We know there is a lot more to do but this has enough good new content that it is worth publishing.  Editorial changes can be made after this CFC  (including removing the voting boxes, peoples names etc) If you want more changes done that can not weight for the next draft please add if they change your vote.  Note that silence (non votes) will be understood as agreement.
