RE: persona quotes for wcag 2.1

For timeouts I was not sure if you wanted multiple quotes for one SC such as timeouts.   I had not seen the linked personas before now, but here goes with two quotes - please adapt to suit your needs.  I have avoided using frustrated or annoying. Preety (dyslexia) - saying "I find it hard to complete forms with long questions because I have to reread things in order to understand them and timeouts make it worse, as I forget what I have put into the edit boxes."
