todo list for the next publication

Hi Folks

I made a new wiki page for us to keep track of our todo list for the next publication of the road map and gap analysis and to track approvals


please let me know if it is OK, or if we need to move it to a google doc




If we are ok with it, please  start reviewing the tables document and making comments in the page.
