Subject: Urgent - please take two success criteria

  Hi Folks
We agreed on today's call that we would each take two success criteria (SC) from the COGA proposals to WCAG and be the SC manager.

Note that we will give everyone as much support as we can and help with the github part. Do not worry about managing github. The main task is managing the conversation and debate on the success criteria so we can get a consensus on the main text.

We are going to try and select our SC's over the next 24 hours

(Exceptions if you are struggling with the content or are not a WCAG member)

   https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/wiki/SC_Managers_Phase1 discribes the job

https://github.com/w3c/wcag21/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3ACOGA lists the SC proposals from COGA

I updated our document of our success criteria status (see status.html ). I added assigned managers and a very makeshift prioritization to help us know what to focus on. (Feel free to disagree with the prioritisation - we can change it.) If we do not get managers assigned we are unlikely to get them into the first working draft at the end of February.

Feel free to ask me any questions, I am also available for individual calls to discuss any questions if that helps

Please send me the SC you would like to manage

  Thanks and all the best

  Lisa
