An important note on the use cases and expertease

Hi Folks

With all the discussions I think it is an essential piece of information that our task forces have world class experts on the use cases and user needs. Some members are struggling with the W3C process and W3C tools (like github) But it is important that we acknowledge that the coga task force may well have the best collected  expertease on how people with the coga disabilities use the web, what works and what does not work. I am sure the other task forces are similar.
