Thank you so much for this catch up and I am so sorry I have not been operating better on this task. I am afraid a funeral with folks staying this week and work on a European bid plus our next MOOC have rather overshadowed my work load.

But I am reading the document now and I have spotted a few typos - how would you like these noted?
