I've been meaning to send you these videos of "disability etiquette gone wrong"

These were prepared by Moss Rehab hospital. Only the last one is about a cognitive disability (aphasia) but all of them are excellent. 

I think some of the guidelines for human behavior also apply to the kinds of system guidelines that we’ve been looking at.
