I am making a list of people who have made a substantive contribution to the issue papers that are going to be published in now  or the main gap analysis and road-map document for the acknowledgments section.






If you notice someone is missing (including yourself) first check i did not add them at the end of the list (some people are no longer in good standing but I added them for contributions in the past to the issue papers). 


If there is a name missing or other error please email me and Michael. Do not email the task force.
