Re: item missed out

I believe the authentication and privacy bits from
https://rawgit.com/w3c/coga/master/issue-papers/safety.html are already
mentioned in the gap analysis summary section. That leaves the 9 items
listed under Sexual predators and con-artisits.

Of those 9 items, number 7 is also already mentioned. I have no objection
to adding the remaining 8 items which appear to be missing information.
