Hi E.A., I attended a presentation by Mr. Blanck, and met him, in October when I spoke at the 14th Annual Coleman Institute Conference. I am reading the eQuality book now. Its beginning describes legal cases indirectly-relevant to cognitive web accessibility. It cites my www.clearhelper.org website as one of its sources. All this makes me feel that cognitive web accessibility is finally becoming popular, and that I am in the thick of it. Of course, every member of our task force is as well.
