resolution about user groups reaserch

Please object with 48 hours to the following resolution from yesterdays call: 
We are ready to publish the user groups research module of the gap analysis  (from https://rawgit.com/w3c/wcag/coga-gap-analysis-2014-fpwd/coga/user-research.html)  as a first working draft and ask WCAG and PF to review it for that proposed after the following changes are added:

Non vocal section is divided into two sections to separate AAC users from Asphasia 
Non vocal columns in the cognitive functions table in divided int two columns (as above)
User groups check the cognitive functions table
Editorial comments from John 
The term ICT is replaced with Web related terms
A note is added that a glossary is needed.
