Hi Folks

I would like to remove the phrase "ICT" from the douments and change them to the Web, Web technologies, The Web of things,  Web systems or the like.

This is because ICT is sometimes out of scope , so it may raise a few questions if we publish a document with ICT in it, but, in our case, it realy is talking about the same technology.
Let me know in the next 48 hours if there is any objection. If not I will make the edits.
