We'd need to work on the materials prior to that. ok. So it's not really training but more information about the Chair role. That changes a bit the way the information is communicated. Would these 45 minutes be more fruitful if there was a chair handbook that chairs have to read in advance and the session would be more run like a Q&A workshop about things which are misunderstood.
