Dear all, I know it's been a while but I'd like to round off the CEO-LD mini project rather than just leave it hanging. To this end, I have drafted a final report at [1] and provided an editable version in a Google Doc at [2]. The good news is that it's not very long. @Maik, the most striking elements are the screenshots of your work with the CNIC data [3], and I've used text from an e-mail you sent me back in June. Any and all comments welcome. If you can't send comments this week but know you plan to, please let me know so I know when to ask/when not to ask Chunming to kindly translate the text. Thanks Phil.
