I am sending the below comment on behalf of my colleague Lasse Pajunen,
who is having technical difficulties.

In Document Conformance section (within
http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-CDR-20061122/#conformance), there is a
mentioning of security exceptions and events. I understood that security
exceptions and events were removed. However, there is this one place
where they are still mentioned. Therefore, I propose removing the line
"Conformant content should not raise security exceptions or events."
