No changes have been made to the CDR Framework, WICD Core, and WICD 
profiles with repsect to this comment.

An action was opened within the CDF WG to gather gudiance for markup 
creators who wish to create, edit, and define markup for compound document 
framework profiles. 

Please let us know, within 2 weeks, if this change does not address your 
comment.
