Marciej,

Regarding your comment [1], we have clarified what elements comply to the 
this framework: namely, <object> in XHTML to reference SVG [2]

Specifically, we no longer have the ReferencingElement interface in the 
CDR Framework spec, instead we refer to the Windows Object.  Since the 
framework is intended to be language agnostic, it is up to the profiles to 
specify which language element need to support which interfaces, using 
guidance from the framework.

Let us know within two weeks if this does not satisfy your comment.
