all i meant to say was;

functions should 'read' like a sentence, so any ending in 'To' should
then have the point they are going to, in the parameters.

this is how lineTo, MoveTo and svg curveTo work (curveTo is an
internal name for a letter code in  a path.)

so i think arcTo is either badly named, or needs different parameters.
