Re: Meeting on getting tests for HitRegions and drawFocusIfNeeded

This tool is publicly readable but write access is restricted to members 
of the PFWG. If there is reason to I can expand that. But I'm not sure 
what the plans are for use of the tool going forward so it might be 
there's no point spending time on that. If needed, I can.
