I'm removing drawCustomFocusRing from the Canvas Context 2D CR spec as we agreed upon today in the Canvas/A11y meeting. We are keeping drawSystemFocusRing as there will be two implementations. In addition, we've listed as at risk: Path objects and associated members scrollPathIntoView Ellipse Hit Regions Text metrics - all except width I would like to also remove these as well.
