Firefox supports drawFocusIfNeeded() in their release builds and Hit Regions in
their Nightly Builds behind a flag.  It is estimated that Hit Regions will be in
release builds sometime around September.

Yes, I believe drawFocusIfNeeded() will be in release shortly

I just ran the web-platform-tests suite for drawFocusIfNeeded on Webkit (Safari
Version 7.0.4 (9537.76.4, r170099)) and the tests passed.
