IME API is on its way into Web Apps

The IME API is making its way into public-webapps, not yet officially, 
but it seems to have good support.

Hironori Bono put in a good deal of effort in 2010 and 2011 to push IME 
APIs including spell checking.

For those of us who have or plan on working with IME and Canvas, this is 
fantastic.
