The registration is open through October 16. That said, if people plan to attend they usually need to make travel plans at least a month ahead of time. So think we should aim for that and maybe try to have some kind of rough agenda available by mid-September so that people can decide if they want to attend or not. Also, we're not required to have a two-day meeting. If we think we only need one day, then we could do that.
